By the age of 15 years old Aaron Schembri began performing in his first local pub band.
At the age of 16, he started performing with and developed a close relationship with the late Ross Hannaford (DADDY COOL).
He then continued on playing music with different artists such as Renee Geyer, Dave Evans (ex AC.DC and Rabbit Vocalist), Wendy Stapleton, Paul Norton, Neale Johns (BLACKFEATHER), Wilbur Wilde, Mick Pealing (STARS), SWANEE, Kevin Borich (LA DEDAS), Mike Rudd (SPECTRUM), Geoff Achison, Brian Mannix (UNCANNY X MEN), Trever Young (LOBBY LLOYDE), Russell Morris, Jimmy Cupples (The Voice), Normie Rowe, Eric McCusker (MONDO ROCK) and Bobby Bright (BOBBY & LAURIE).
In 2015, Aaron began working on a solo album, which will be released in 2019. Aaron has written and recorded 10 original tracks and has had the pleasure of having different guest vocalists to sing on them.
The Likes of Ross Wilson, Kevin Borich, Normie Rowe, James Cupples, Mike Rudd, Russell Morris, Colleen Hewett, Swanee and Mark Gable. And has also featured other musicians such as Wayne Duncan (Daddy Cool), Wilbur Wilde (Ol’ 55, Hey Hey It’s Saturday, Jo Jo Zep), Angus Burchall (John Farnham Band) and Phil Manning (Chain)
In 2016, Aaron was on guitar duties for the “Legends Of The Southern Land Tour” which featured John “Swanee” Swan, John St Peeters, Marty Rhone, Ray Burgess and James Cupples and were performing at various theaters.
In late 2017, Aaron was called into play bass for Normie Rowe and The Playboys for the 2017 Go!! Show Concert held at the Palais Theatre.
Aaron is consistently working around town with his band “The Aaron Schembri Band” and other artists.
